Most people pass this exam. If you don't pass, you may retest. The cost for retest is $55.
Beware of companies offering Pass Guarantee.
This is a violation in any state approved exam program. If you look at the fine print of any company offering this, what they are really offering you, is an opportunity to retest. They also list terms and conditions that usually require the purchase of certain materials.
The Class:
We offer the Servsafe® Food Protection Manager’s Course. This course was designed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association and is approved and accredited by the State of California to meet your certification requirements.
Hours:
Class
9:00am - 5:00pm for English
9:00am - 5:30pm for Spanish

Lunch
11:30 am – 12:30 pm. |
Test
After class (There is no time limit therefore I can't predict your exact exit time.) |
Breaks:
You will have an hour for lunch. Lunch is from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. There are many restaurants and take out places near my class locations. You may bring your own lunch if you like.
The Exam:
The exam has 90 questions, they are all multiple choice. You are not timed on the exam. You must pass with 75% or better to receive the certificate.
